BEAR CREEK METAL ARTS RETURN POLICY AND SATISFACTION POLICY

 Bear Creek Metal Arts provides custom designed metal art. Developing a custom piece of art is a collaboration between Bear Creek owners and our customers. Before building any custom piece of art, we require our customers to approve the designs. Through our creation process we provide you with continuous updates. Because this is custom art, we do not allow refunds or exchanges on custom artwork. We do however warranty the artwork from defects in craftsmanship for a period of one year.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, keep the original packaging, and be sure to keep all parts and materials. Please contact us by telephone at 231-299-7610 within ten calendar days of receipt of shipment.

 If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact us by e-mail at bearcreekmetalart772@gmail.com or by telephone at 231-299-7610 as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.
